Jennifer Cabral
Before becoming a yoga teacher Jen worked for years as a TV news editor which gave her a unique but sometimes cynical perspective of the world we live in. Then a friend encouraged her to try yoga. She immediately fell in love with the practice and was amazed at how it changed her outlook on life and herself. After years of practicing she felt called to share yoga and her knowledge and decided to do her Yoga Teacher training.
After a few years of teaching at various studios, Yoga Loft came up for sale and the owner suggested she take over--she hasn’t looked back since. Jen has since expanded to a second location.
Jennifer loves creating classes that challenge her students but break things down. She continues to enthusiastically learn and expand her knowledge with workshops and training intensives. She has taught thousands of classes and been a facilitator for 2 previous YTTs. Jen is also trained in Yoga Therapy.
Anatomy
Elena Greggain
Elena has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Her journey began with a hip replacement almost 18 years ago where she discovered the transformative power of yoga and its ability to heal not only the body but the mind and spirit.
Before becoming a yoga teacher, Elena had the privilege of working in a sports injury clinic as a kinesiologist. The experience allowed her to deepen her understanding of the human body and how it moves as well as how injuries can impact both physical and emotional well being. Being a kinesiologist sparked an interest in anatomy and biomechanics which she brings into her yoga classes. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of anatomy in relation to yoga to up and coming teachers.

Mark Nolan
Mark’s yoga journey started several years ago when a friend encouraged him to try a class. He was running his own business that demanded alot of physical work along with the stress of being self employed. He found that yoga was a great physical and mental release. He eventually did his YTT and has been teaching Acro Yoga and Power Yoga for over 5 years. His classes challenge his students and take them out of their comfort zone, leaving them feeling confident and strong. Mark places alot of emphasis on alignment and adjusting his students so they can better understand the asanas and setting them up for more challenging poses.
