If you want some more individual and personal attention, private sessions are the way to go.
It may be your first time doing yoga and you wanted to get more comfortable with the practice before joining a group session. You may be an advanced student who wants to further develop through one-on-one practice. Maybe you want to do some private yoga with your partner or perhaps there are some physical restraints and you require for therapeutic/rehabilitative attention.
Whatever the reason, we will thoughtfully match the teacher with the most appropriate skill set to your individual needs. The instructor will design a tailored yoga program to best fit your requirements.
