Vicky began her yoga journey in 2013. As a busy mother and full time Law Clerk, yoga was her outlet for inner health, peace and strength. She began to grow very passionate about the physical aspects of yoga, and wanted to share the benefits of yoga with others.
Vicky graduated as an RYT 280 in 2015, and has completed several hours in additional workshops including Acro Yoga and Arm Balances. Her classes mainly focus on core strength, with an emphasis on balance, proper alignment, good health, and having a great time! Vicky aims to help her students gain confidence and awareness both in her classes and in everyday life.
