Parry’s vision is to share yoga philosophy and practice in a manner that is authentic, accessible and applicable to modern life.

Parry was a dedicated automotive technician for over 20 years and experienced a great amount of pain due to the physical demands of his trade. His yoga practice which first began as physiotherapy quickly transformed into a daily Asana practice that included a quest to find union between his body and mind.


His practice has helped him grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat. Parry completed his 250-hour Yoga teacher training with Yoga Tree Studios and Yin teacher training with Tracey Soghrati. Parry believes we are all students of the practice and feels deeply grateful for the loving wisdom each of his teachers has shared with him. In his classes, he draws inspiration from his study of human behaviour, Yoga philosophy and biomechanics. With his innate desire to problem solve, his kind spirit and humour, he hopes to help deepen your practice and to help others thrive in living by nurturing body, mind and soul through Yoga. His hope is that each student will step off their mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
