I teach ashtanga flow, power vinyasa, hatha, and prenatal classes around Vaughan. My philosophy is to guide each student to higher body-mind awareness, thus extending the benefits of their fitness beyond the class. Yoga has brought me the strength, energy, and a positive mindset to be fit through two degrees and two pregnancies. After 10 years of personal practice, I attained 250hrs of RYT certification. I’ve also recently completed advanced workshops with Kino McGregor, Tim Feldmann, Rod Stryker, Brad Waites, and others.
