Andrea has been an avid Yogi and Pilates advocate for over 15 years. After faithfully attending classes for a few years, she carried her love of practice over to teaching. Andrea is a certified STOTT Pilates and Barre instructor and a CYA IR Yoga instructor. She has studied exclusively with STOTT Pilates attaining her mat and reformer certifications, as well as specialty training in pre and post natal, stability ball, flex band and fitness circle, and stability chair. She has also completed various workshops to further her fitness experience such as: STOTT golf conditioning on the reformer, STOTT athletic conditioning on the stability chair, STOTT reformer resistance training, Primary and secondary series of Ashtanga Yoga, Pre & Post-natal Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ayruveda Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, STOTT Totall Barre, PIYO Live, TRX and gravity GTS. Andrea is constantly continuing her fitness education with various courses and workshops to progress in her knowledge as an instructor. Andrea’s fitness classes have also been featured in various local TV and newspapers over the years: Rogers TV “York Region Living” program (Belly Dance), Vaughan Citizen Newspaper – feature article on Andrea (Belly Dance), Rogers TV “York Region Living” program (Pilates).

Andrea has been dancing since the age of 5, training in Ballet which she extensively studied for over 10 years. After taking a
few years off, Andrea was drawn back to her love of dance after being introduced to belly dancing. She was immediately hooked and started training, and has continued belly dancing for the past 10 years as an instructor and a performer. She began her Belly Dance training at Arabesque Academy, studying classical Egyptian and moved on to explore Tribal and fusion belly dance at the Dark Side studio with Audra Simmons. Andrea has also attended various training and technique workshops in Toronto and California with world renowned dancers: Kami Liddle, Rachel Brice, Ariellah, Mira Betz, Samantha Emmanuel, Badia Star and Yasmina Ramzy.

Andrea currently teaches Pilates, Pilates reformer, Yoga, PIYO, Barre, mom and baby yoga and pilates, and belly dance as well as personal training at various gyms and studios around the GTA. She recently started a food blog;

where she features original clean eating, gluten free recipes and health tips.

Andrea believes in living and promoting a healthy lifestyle and it is her mission to motivate, challenge & inspire you to better yourself, be healthy and active, and ultimately have fun and enjoy her classes.
