Current Session Running Until October 12.

This program teaches you safe, effective postures to practice during pregnancy. During prenatalthis time of transformation, yoga will help nurture you and your unborn baby thus enriching your pregnancy experience. You will stretch and strengthen your body, learn deep breathing techniques, create space for your baby and learn helpful relaxation techniques. Safe for all three trimesters.
