Twice per week: Mondays 1:30-2:30pm and Wednesdays, 2:00pm-3:00pm.

Our Mom & Baby Boot Camp classes are a great mix of yoga, toning and strength exercises. This class is perfect for Moms looking to slowly get back into exercising or for those interested in more shaping and toning, rather than cardio.

Between strengthening and toning exercises, you will kick start your post natal recovery and boost your overall energy levels. This will also help you sleep better (when the baby allows) and relieve some of that new baby stress. The best part about this class is that it’s for all fitness levels!

Of course, our classes are always evolving as our Moms get stronger and progress through the different stages of post pregnancy.

In addition,  a portion of this program will focus on developing core strength and stability – involving a particular emphasis on strengthening the back, abdomen and pelvic floor, as well as relieving tension in areas such as the neck, shoulders and back.

Previous yoga experience is not necessary to fully benefit from the classes and women who have practiced yoga before will find these classes are a great way to transition back to their pre-pregnancy form.  Bring all that you need to spend an hour with like-minded moms.
