Level 1
– If you are just starting out in yoga, or you want
to work on your flexibility, or you want to take it deep
but not overwork yourself, this is the most appropriate
class level. This class is great when you want a slower
pace and still achieve a deeply therapeutic purpose.
Level 2
– This is a step-up in difficulty from level 1.
The pace flows more vigorously through the poses. Some
yoga experience is required as this class will challenge
you.
Level 3
– Knowledge and experience with poses and breathing
is required. This is the most challenging class in regards
to depth of poses and intensity.
All Levels
– Suitable for beginner and experienced yogis. This
class accommodates both new students and those who want
to explore the depth of their practice.
